Catwalk photography presents some new and exciting challenges for the photographer – things are fast moving, you might not be able to get as close to the action as you’d like, lighting might be an issue and there’s always a lot going on! That said, you get the chance to be really creative with your shots and angles, you may even get some context images and if you’re on the ball, you’ll get pretty cool facial expressions and the clothes swishing around as the models do their stuff. I really loved taking this set of images from a recent bridal catwalk show featuring some stunning Indian wedding outfits. The styling, colours and make-up were some of the best I’ve seen this year. I think 2012 brides and grooms are going to be spoilt for choice!
